The ultimate boost to our microneedling treatment.

Stem cell derived exosomes give you better results with each microneedling treatment, and faster recovery time.

What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny vesicles that help cells communicate with each other in the body. They transmit RNA, important proteins, lipids, growth factors, and genetic materials that promote tissue repair and improve skin cells. Exosomes are found naturally in our bodies and are responsible for healing, restoring, and regenerating cells. We now have the technology to isolate these exosomes and package them into a concentrated serum for use in rejuvenating the skin.

How do we get exosomes into the skin?

We couple exosomes with microneedling - a treatment that creates tiny micro punctures into the skin, allowing the topically applied exosomes to penetrate deeply into the skin where they are most effective.

What does microneedling with exosomes treat?

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Acne Scars

  • Pigmentation

  • Uneven texture and pores

  • Redness and skin irritation

  • Dryness

What is the downtime of microneedling with exosomes?

Exosomes help the skin heal quickly. You can expect redness immediately after the procedure that should go away after a few hours.

What is the difference between traditional microneedling and microneedling with exosomes?

Microneedling with exosomes will get you significantly greater results with each single treatment. You will see results more quickly, and potentially with less treatments. There is also much less downtime when compared with traditional microneedling.

What is the difference between PRP microneedling and microneedling with exosomes?

PRP or platelet rich plasma is another popular treatment to enhance the results of microneedling. During a PRP treatment, you would have your blood taken, spun down in a centrifuge and then the plasma produced from this is applied to the skin. The quality of this PRP is dependent on your age, health, lifestyle, and the machines used to extract the PRP. Exosomes contain the same growth factors and signals responsible for skin rejuvenation that PRP does, but they are much more concentrated and are produced with the same high quality in every vial.

FAQ:

Does it hurt?

We use a numbing cream that is very effective so you should not feel anything more than the vibration of the needle tip.

When will I see results?

You will start to see improvement in your skin about 1 week after the procedure, But it can take a full 3-4 weeks for you to see the maximal results from your treatment because it takes time for the skin to produce new collagen and elastin.

What will I look like after the procedure?

Pinpoint bleeding can be expected immediately after the procedure. Most people look slightly red or pink like they have a sunburn. With the application of exosomes during microneedling, your redness should mostly subside within a few hours.

How many treatments will I need?

You will see results after 1 treatment, but to really get the full benefit of microneedling, a series of 3-6 treatments spaced at least 3 weeks apart is recommended for general skin tightening, toning, wrinkle or scar improvement

What should I use after the procedure?

You will apply another layer of exosome serum the day of the procedure. After 24 hours you can return to your normal skincare routine. We recommend avoiding exfoliating products like AHA’s, BHA’s, or retinols for 3 days after procedure.

Is microneedling with exosomes safe?

Exosomes have been proven safe and effective when used by skincare professionals. There have been no reported adverse effects with BENEV exosomes.
