Appointment reminders

We will send you an email reminder 1 week before your appointment and text message reminder 72 hours prior to the scheduled service. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

We respect our patient’s valuable time, and we request the same courtesy from our patients. Please extend this courtesy should you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.

Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee

 

If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, you will be charged a non-refundable no-show fee of $300.

Deposits

THE FOLLOWING APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE DEPOSITS:

  • New Patient Filler Consultation with Treatment - $150 non-refundable deposit

  • Existing Patient Filler Multiple Areas - $150 non-refundable deposit

  • Full Facial Balancing - $500 non-refundable deposit

These appointments require longer appointment times to complete, therefore a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the 48 hour cancellation policy will apply. If you need to reschedule and contact our office prior to the 48 hour window, the deposit will be secured as a credit until you are ready to reschedule. If you no-show, cancel, or reschedule with less than the required 48 hour notice, the deposit will be lost
